Download & print

Print at Actual size / 100%, with paper size matching the download. A screen preview cannot guarantee a physical barcode scan; test one printed label first.

Results

What the result means

The downloaded PDF has one page per included source page, in file selection order and then page order. Each chosen crop is scaled proportionally and centred on the selected paper size, keeping original PDF text and vector graphics rather than exporting a screenshot. Existing bitmap content stays bitmap; resizing cannot recover missing detail. Review every page when using a shared crop, especially with mixed carriers or instruction pages. The 203 and 300 DPI settings affect the screen preview only, not the PDF download. Match your printer paper size, use Actual size or 100% scaling, and scan a physical test print. Cropping changes the visible area; it is not secure redaction of the source PDF.

Questions

How do I convert an A4 shipping label to 4×6?

Choose the PDF, drag a crop around the complete label, select 4×6 inches, preview it and download. Print the PDF at Actual size on matching thermal paper.

Can I crop a Vinted shipping label?

Yes, if you have a supported PDF. Select the actual label manually and keep all routing details and barcode margins. Layouts differ by carrier and country; there are no automatic Vinted presets.

Do my shipping labels leave this device?

No. Reading, previewing and downloading PDFs happen in your browser. File contents and filenames are not included in analytics, and crop presets save coordinates and rotation only.

Does the converter preserve barcode quality?

Original vector content is retained and scaled proportionally. Images stay images. Cropping or changing physical size can still make a barcode unusable, so inspect the full label and scan a test print.

Can I resize several PDF files together?

Yes. Select up to twenty PDFs with up to one hundred pages in total. Adjust each page separately or apply the same crop and rotation to all matching layouts, then download one PDF.

Are 4×6 inches and 100×150 mm identical?

No. Four by six inches is 101.6 by 152.4 millimetres. Select the exact size on your label roll and use the same size in the printer driver.
