Results
What the result means
Download the results CSV after eBay processes your bulk upload in Seller Hub Reports. Select it below, optionally add the original submission, then analyse. Processing stays in your browser. Start with the largest error group, read the original messages, and check the linked eBay documentation before changing your listing data. Download the grouped investigation report and row matching report to share with your inventory team. A candidate retry file includes only unambiguously matched failed records; it still needs your corrections and review.

Questions
Where do I find my eBay Seller Hub results report?
In Seller Hub Reports, find the processed upload and download its results file. Use the results CSV with status and error fields, rather than a generic active listings export.
Does this fix eBay CSV upload failures automatically?
No. It consolidates documented codes and original messages so you can investigate shared causes. Correct the original data or candidate retry file and check the current template before submitting again.
Can I retry only failed listings?
Add the exact original CSV. Unique shared identifiers are preferred, with reported line numbers used only when no shared identifier column exists. Ambiguous or conflicting matches are excluded. Variation and grouped templates are blocked because they require context records.
What about account restrictions or platform failures?
Those may require action in Seller Hub or a later retry. Editing listing values alone may not resolve them. Always read the original message; undocumented codes receive no guessed diagnosis.
