Country is usually right, city may be the provider, and the page only describes this connection.
Country is usually right and city may be the provider, and this page will not geolocate a pasted address.

What to run

Open IP Geolocation and What Is My IP. Both results are from Cloudflare.

How to read the result

ASN is the network number.

Organisation is the registered name, which may be a backbone, a VPN, or a mobile carrier, not your employer.

What to open next

Stop here. PageUtil will not geolocate an arbitrary pasted IP.

Analytics and ad cookies stay off until you accept

Accept lets Google Analytics and AdSense set cookies. Reject keeps them off. The tools work either way. Read the privacy page.
