Candidate retry review checklist

PageUtil · Synthetic examples and local analysis do not validate your Salesforce org.

1. Confirm the org, object, job, API version and intended operation.
2. Retrieve successful, failed and unprocessed results. Reconcile job counts separately.
3. Exclude successes. Check current destination state, especially after partial success or timeout.
4. Resolve data, relationship, permission, validation and automation causes.
5. For insert, check duplicate creation risk. For update/delete, verify every Id. For upsert, verify field configuration and unique non-empty external keys.
6. Review every candidate value, including blank cells, stale values and changed relationships.
7. Use COMMA and CRLF settings for PageUtil exports. Delete exports contain only Id.
8. Test an appropriate sample in a sandbox, then submit a new job through your authorised Salesforce workflow.
9. Retrieve and reconcile the new results. Keep the original evidence unchanged.
